weight loss in pregnancy in urdu | Blogmas 06 12 14

weight loss in pregnancy in urdu

What would December be without a works Christmas party? Erm, well, it wouldnt be December!! And tonight I have my works Christmas party. Heres me getting ready and a few cheeky snaps of a very festive night out!

I should say as a disclaimer straight away, that given the chance I could take all day to get ready for a night out. I am one of those annoying people who can take ages getting ready whilst seeming to not make much progress at all.  Alas, since Baba, those days are behind me, and with Baba at my side emptying my make up bag and running off with eye shadows, this is my current getting ready routine. Before I even started my make up I had spent time faffing about trimming my eyebrows... (not completely sure what I was thinking) and I also French manicured my toe-nails. I guess my faffing around days arent quite behind me yet. Anyway, lets go get ready!

Nail polish first....its a Rimmel Salon Pro varnish in 104 Saturn from the Kate Moss range.  Perfect for a Christmas night out.  It applied really well and dried quickly too.

Now onto the make-up and starting with primers. I first applied these Benefit beauties to prep my skin: That Gal face primer, Stay Dont Stray eye shadow primer, and the Porefessional.

Then I applied Estee Lauders EE foundation in medium and Rimmels Wake me up concealer to any excess baggage under my eye area. I challenge anyone to not put on their foundation without pulling a silly face.  Cue a picture of me applying foundation and pulling a silly face.

For eyebrows, I used Benefits Quick look busy eyeshadow to fill in any areas that needed it.

And a dab of Benefits High beam to my cheekbones.

For the eyes I applied Macs Brule all over the lid and Urban Decays Smog to the eyelid, Dark Horse to the socket and under eye, then I blended like a mad woman (this isnt a product, its me blending) and applied a dab of Half Baked to the inner corner and  middle of the eye. I used Eyekos skinny liquid liner in Black to line my upper lid.

You have to go all out at Christmas, so I decided to try some false lashes by a brand called Kiss.  The set I applied were called Sultry.   Ive not tried the brand before but I picked them up in Boots for around £6. These are the lightest lashes I have tried and the glue is fantastic. I think they looked so so natural that whilst I knew they were on, they didnt stand out as fake lashes and they were very comfortable.

I powdered with Rimmels 005 Silky Beige powder and then applied a nude shade of lipstick from Rimmel in 725, Tantalizing Taupe. I waved my hair with my very trusted Bablyliss waving wand and I wore my Kate Moss playsuit which I got in the sale earlier in the year.  Paired with nude heels I was good to go!!!

And if you have managed to bare with me and read to this point I need to say a big shout-out to the lovely girls I used to work with. Whilst I am currently on a career break from the NHS, these girls work so so hard trying to improve the lives of children and families. It is an often thankless task.  They are some of the most amazing, caring and hardest working people I know and the NHS is honoured to have you working for them!

I am also so lucky in the fact that some of my work colleagues have now become my best friends. They are crazy, funny, a tiny bit mad (some more than others!) and I feel very blessed to have them in my life.

I am afraid I cannot reveal too much about the night itself.  What happens at the work party stays at the work party. But lets just say there was lots of laughter, maybe a few drinks (!), way too many selfies and MC Hammer moves.   And as soon as you are jumping around to Mariah Careys All I want for Christmas on the dance floor, you really know its Christmas time.

Thank you so much for reading and I will see you tomorrow at 6am for, well, erm, on a completely different note, some fighting!!!

baby weight lose videos

Christmas has well and truly arrived in the Laura Evelyn Bee household and today we put up our Christmas decorations!!! We had a Christmas music channel on in the background and I have to say Baba seemed quite bemused my East 17 prancing about in big woolly hoods!! How could I explain to my daughter that East 17 used to be cool? (For anyone who doesnt know who they are...maybe just Google them. They used to be the bees knees back in the 90s!!!). Ive taken some photographs so you can have a nosey at what we put up.  All photos obviously come compete with Pablo T Dog in the background and of course Baba who suddenly appears out of nowhere the minute I try and take an arty shot!

Hanging the decorations.  Obviously we broke some and then obviously I re-hung all of the ones that Baba and my husband put on the tree. Its got to look symmetrical.

Ta-dah! The tree in all its Christmas glory.

Our stockings (and me in my woolly hat!).

I love a Christmas cushion, or two.

My husband bought me this from his recent work trip to America.  It smells gorgeous!!! Though makes me slightly hungry!! And this is the shot where I told Baba to stand well back.  Hmmmm. The little monkey!!!

Our house is well and truly Christmassy now, and the countdown to the big day is well and truly on!!! I hope you are all having a lovely day and I will see you nice and early tomorrow for a little road trip!!!

pregnancy drug used for weight loss | Blogmas 05 12 14

pregnancy drug used for weight loss

I have to say, Im not the most skilled at making things or anything that involves the word "craft".  You know those lovely pictures you see of handmade items and crafts? My attempts usually look like my dog did them and then they were mauled by a bear.  So when my friend asked me to try a Christmas wreath making class with her, I was a little nervous to say the least.

Luckily for me, we had a lovely teacher who was very talented at wreath making and also very patient with someone who was a bit clueless.  The class was run by Siddals who are a plant and craft shop at Cromford Mills in Derbyshire.  And if you have never heard of Cromford Mills, its a world heritage site where Richard Arkwright built the first ever water powered cotton spinning mill (fact!).  And whilst that is where my knowledge of history stops, you can check out the Cromford Mills website here and its definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

So onto our wreath making. Baba tagged along too, and minus some shouting as soon as the instructor started talking, she was a very good girl.  She helped by passing me copious amounts of pine-cones and then she played shop with them afterwards.  All good fun!!!

We started off with a ring of straw that had moss wrapped over it and this was our base for the wreath.  At this point I thought how the hell is this going to look like something we want to hang from our door.  I was worried it was going to look more like a deterrent to callers rather than a welcoming Christmas wreath.

We then attached foliage in small sections to the base working around the circle and using wire to secure the pieces in place.

(Baba plotting how she can yank the wreath from the table).

So the above picture is with the foliage in place, and then we added pine-cones (what was left of them as Baba was playing shop with quite a few of them.  I think she tried to charge one of the other ladies money for taking them) and also we added pretty flowers (no, I have no idea of the names of ANY plants so I am sticking with this description!!). And ta-dah!!!! The finished wreath!!!

Whilst it is a Christmas miracle in itself that my wreath looks like, well, like a wreath, I am so proud of it!!  All visitors to my house will be interrogated on their entrance and made to appreciate my wreath in all its wreathy glory!

If you have the chance definitely join a workshop to make your own wreath! It was soooo much fun! All materials were provided and it was £12 per person for this class with Siddals, their website is here. Huge thanks to them for helping me make the wreath and for their patience and amazing teaching skills!!  If you live nowhere near Derbyshire then have a look on the web as Im sure there will be some wreath making classes near you this month!!!

So that was our morning.  Baba is now absolutely exhausted from all her hard work (!) and is having a snooze.  Im off to a works Christmas party tonight and I will update you tomorrow with how the night went (!) and for a special get ready with me blog.

Thanks for reading and be sure to click any of the boxes to your right to keep up to date with Blogmas 2014 where I am blogging every single day until Christmas!! See you nice and early tomorrow!
